Membuat bolu pisang kukus dengan praktis Alat dan bahan 4 buah pisang ambon ukuran kecil yang sudah matang 2 butir telur ayam 6 sdm tepung terigu, diayak 6 sdm minyak goreng 1/2 sdt soda kue 1/4 sdt garam halus 1/4 sdt vanili bubuk 5 sdm gula pasir Cara Membuat 1. Lumatkan pisang sampai lembut. Sisihkan. 2. Kocok telur, gula, dan vanili dengan garpu sampai larut. 3. Masukkan tepung terigu, soda kue, dan garam ke larutan telur. Aduk rata. 4. Tambahkan pisang ke adonan. Aduk rata dengan spatula. Masukkan minyak goreng, aduk rata. 5. Panaskan kukusan. Olesi cetakan dengan minyak goreng. 6. Tuang adonan kue bolu ke cetakan. Hentak-hentakkan adonan. 7. Kukus adonan selama kurang lebih 25 menit dengan api sedang. 8. Setelah  bolu  dingin, keluarkan dari cetakan lalu potong-potong sesuai selera.
